Profile Type:
- An experienced P&L leader with a strong engineering background.
- Must be an Engineer by qualification.
- Experience in structural steel design, engineering, and project execution is ideal.
- Candidate should be capable of taking over the organisation’s leadership within 4–5 years (succession planning role).
- Experience working in the GCC or exposure to GCC-level project standards is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
