We’re looking for a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our team and drive end-to-end hiring excellence
🔹 About the Role
You will lead the recruitment function, manage a high-performing team, and develop scalable hiring strategies—especially for mass hiring in the Contact Center/BPO industry.
🔹 Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Previous experience in Contact Center / BPO hiring is a must.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
High English proficiency (C1).
Proven expertise in mass hiring & multi-profile acquisition.
