Are you an experienced HR professional ready for your next challenge? We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling core HR functions and a thorough understanding of UAE Labour Law.

Recruitment and onboarding activities
Payroll processing
Employee records management
✅ Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Job Description:

As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in daily operations and ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in posting job advertisements and screening candidates.
Coordinate interviews and conduct initial candidate screenings.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.

Payroll & Employee Records:

Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee data.
Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
Handle attendance and leave records.

HR Administration:

Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
