Job Title: Duty Manager – 5-Star Hotel (Malta)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Duty Manager to oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts and ensure exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all departments during the shift
- Handle guest complaints and special cases
- Ensure safety, security, and service standards
- Coordinate operations between departments
Requirements:
- Hotel operations experience, preferably supervisory
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
