You will work closely with experienced Recruitment Partners and gain hands-on experience in the talent acquisition lifecycle, focusing on candidate onboarding and recruitment support.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Recruitment Partners in the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Verify candidate credentials, including educational and professional documents.
- Coordinate between candidates, HR, and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews and assessments.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database/ATS with high accuracy.
- Support in the initial screening of resumes and applications.
- Help in drafting offer letters and other onboarding communications.
- Ensure all onboarding activities comply with company policies and standards.
✅ Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduation years: 2024 or 2025).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
