DCB Bank is looking for a dynamic and motivated recent graduate to join our HR team as a Recruiter. This is a great opportunity to launch your career in Human Resources within the banking sector. You will work closely with experienced Recruitment Partners and gain hands-on experience in the talent acquisition lifecycle, focusing on candidate onboarding and recruitment support.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Assist Recruitment Partners in the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
Verify candidate credentials, including educational and professional documents.
Coordinate between candidates, HR, and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Schedule and follow up on interviews and assessments.
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database/ATS with high accuracy.
Support in the initial screening of resumes and applications.
Help in drafting offer letters and other onboarding communications.
Ensure all onboarding activities comply with company policies and standards.

✅ Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduation years: 2024 or 2025).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
