Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional, personalized, and consultative sales experience to all clients.
- Develop deep product knowledge of our luxury jewellery collections, including craftsmanship, materials, and design.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain impeccable standards in store presentation and merchandise display.
- Handle all customer inquiries and after-sales service with professionalism and care.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Essential: A minimum of 3 years of solid sales experience within the luxury jewellery retail sector in Muscat, Oman.
- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
