About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage our front desk operations efficiently and provide exemplary service to all visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities (JOB DESCRIPTION):
- Front Desk Management: Handle all front office operations with a high degree of professionalism.
- Call Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Take and relay accurate messages.
- Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct all visitors appropriately. Issue visitor badges and maintain the visitor logbook.
- Administrative Support: Provide basic administrative support such as sorting mail, managing couriers, and maintaining office supplies for the front desk.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings and appointments.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure front desk area is tidy and presentable. Adhere to all security and reception procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus).
- Pleasing personality with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
