Job Description: Fabricator (Marine)
Position Summary:
The Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components and structures used in marine vessels and related projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Perform cutting, bending, fitting, and assembling of steel and metal components
Fabricate marine structures such as hull components, frames, brackets, and supports
Use fabrication tools and equipment including grinders, cutting machines, and welding aids
Ensure accuracy and quality in fabrication as per marine standards
Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and engineers during fabrication works
Follow safety procedures and company HSE guidelines at all times
Carry out repair and modification works on existing marine structures when required
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Fabricator
Proven experience in the marine industry (mandatory)
UAE or GCC marine project experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit to work in workshop and site environments
