Employee Engagement & Internal Communications Specialist (Urgent Hire)
About the Role:
This is a high-impact, urgent role for a passionate professional who will be the voice of our company culture. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that boost employee morale, foster a sense of community, and ensure clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee engagement and internal communications strategy.
- Create compelling content for various internal channels (newsletters, intranet, emails, social platforms like Yammer/Teams).
- Plan and manage employee events, recognition programs, and initiatives that promote our core values.
- Measure and analyze engagement through surveys (e.g., eNPS) and feedback tools, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure transparent two-way communication.
- Manage internal crisis communications with clarity and sensitivity.
- Champion our employer brand internally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or HR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong project management and event planning skills.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for building positive workplace culture.
