Senior Marketing Specialist
About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to lead key initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage content creation, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia, aligned with brand voice.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and report on ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment.
- Manage the marketing budget for assigned projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, with a strong digital focus.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, social media management).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
