The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Corporate Flight Attendant to join our elite team. In this pivotal single-crew role, you will be solely responsible for the entire cabin service, safety, and guest experience on board, ensuring the highest standards of bespoke luxury and seamless operation for our owners and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cabin & Service Management:
- Provide a truly bespoke, five-star service experience, anticipating and exceeding passenger needs.
- Plan, provision, and prepare customized menus, catering, and beverages.
- Manage all aspects of the cabin, including inventory, linen, amenities, and presentation to the highest standard.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight cabin checks and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance providers.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Serve as the primary safety professional in the cabin for single-crew operations.
- Ensure full compliance with all aviation safety regulations and company procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive passenger safety briefings and manage all safety equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Liaise seamlessly with the flight crew, ground handlers, and the Elit’Avia operations team.
- Professionally interact with passengers, principals, and their staff, demonstrating discretion and superb interpersonal skills.
- Manage trip logistics related to the cabin, including catering orders and special requests.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Mandatory: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant within corporate/business aviation.
- Mandatory: Proven experience in single-crew/solo-cabin operations.
- Valid Flight Attendant certification (country-specific) with current safety and emergency procedure training (e.g., SEP, CRM, First Aid, Fire & Smoke, Ditching).
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK or the European Union.
- Willingness to be on call and travel globally with a highly flexible schedule.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a significant advantage.
