We are looking for a dedicated Senior Steward to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across kitchen and stewarding areas. The role ensures compliance with HACCP standards, supports inventory control, and maintains kitchen equipment and storage areas in line with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and stewarding areas

-Follow cleaning schedules and HACCP guidelines

-Assist with inventory of crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment

-Ensure proper handling of waste and recycling

-Monitor equipment condition and report defects

Requirements:

-Certified school education

-Minimum 2 years’ experience in a stewarding department

-Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals

-Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Packages Include:

-Salary: AED 3000/Month

-All other benefits as per law
