JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer
to manage food service equipment and commercial kitchen projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end execution of food service/commercial kitchen projects
(Design Installation → Commissioning → Handover)
Coordinate with consultants, architects, suppliers, contractors & clients
Oversee site execution, ensuring timeelines, budgets, and quality standards
Ensure full compliance with HSE, fire, and safety regulations
Manage inspections, testing, and final project handover
Mentor and guide junior engineers and site teams
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 8+ years' experience in Food Service/Kitchen Equipment Projects
Proficient in AutoCAD
Strong project management and site supervision coordination abilities
PREFERED
Experience with international kitchen equipment brands (Hobart, Rational, Electrolux, etc.)
PMP certification or equivalent is an added advantage
Experience in hospitality, F&B chains, hospitals, or central kitchen projects
