Role Objective
To proactively generate new business, build a robust sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets within the Jeddah and Western Region territory. The focus is on hunting new logos, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads and potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas for revenue and new customer acquisition.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process from initial contact and needs assessment to negotiation, closing, and handover to account management.
- Market Penetration Strategy: Develop and execute a territory plan to penetrate target verticals in Jeddah (e.g., Hospitality, Retail, Trading, Industrial).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning our solutions accordingly.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), provide regular sales forecasts, and report on market activity and competitor insights.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in external sales, new business development, or B2B sales, preferably in the [mention industry] in the Saudi market. A strong hunter mentality is essential.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is MANDATORY.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Jeddah business landscape and key industry drivers in KSA.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills. Highly resilient, self-starter with a strong drive to win. Excellent networking abilities.
- Other: Valid KSA driving license is required.
