About the Program
We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver a large-scale Graduate Hire Enablement Program for B.Tech, BBA, and MBA graduates. The program is designed to equip fresh hires with strong foundational and applied skills across data analytics and business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led classroom training sessions in Sri City, Tada
- Design and customize training content aligned with graduate-level learning objectives
- Provide hands-on practical exercises, case studies, and real-world scenarios
- Assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and evaluations
- Offer mentorship and doubt-clearing support to participants
- Coordinate with the program management team for smooth delivery
- Ensure high engagement, learning outcomes, and participant satisfaction
Eligibility & Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical / Corporate Trainer
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx
- Experience training fresh graduates or entry-level professionals preferred
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to manage large batches and multi-discipline learners
