We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator / Project Coordinator to support daily office operations and assist in project documentation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between site teams, suppliers, and management
- Maintain project documentation and filing systems
- Prepare quotations, LPOs, invoices, and project reports
- Track project timelines and follow up on deliverables
- Handle client communications and scheduling
- Support procurement and material tracking
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in swimming pool or landscape companies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be currently based in UAE
