Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry to support daily pastry kitchen operations and ensure high-quality dessert production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present pastries, desserts, and baked goods as per recipes and standards
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the pastry section
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliance)
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
- Support junior team members when required
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of pastry experience in hotels/restaurants
- Knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be locally available in Qatar
