The Commis I – Pastry will assist in preparing high-quality desserts and bakery items under the supervision of senior chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of pastries and desserts
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Support the pastry team during service hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of pastry experience
- Basic knowledge of baking and dessert production
- Willingness to learn and grow within the pastry department
- Must be locally available in Qatar
