Relieve Advance Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Register new patients and update existing patient records.
- Verify insurance details and patient documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and medical staff.
- Handle billing inquiries and basic payment processing.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Manage appointment reminders and follow-up calls.
- Ensure accurate data entry into the clinic system.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Handle patient queries professionally and courteously.
- Monitor waiting area and ensure patient comfort.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and report shortages.
- Support clinic operations during busy hours.
- Follow clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
- Ensure smooth daily front desk workflow.
