We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Telesales Executive to join our remote sales team. This is a B2B-focused role ideal for candidates with strong cold calling and Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience. The primary responsibility will be generating qualified leads and creating new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients
- Identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads
- Schedule meetings and create sales opportunities for the closing team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
- Strong background in B2B sales or SDR roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and close for appointments
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory)
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
