🎾 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Tennis Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of coaching experience and strong knowledge of modern tennis techniques. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, improving players’ skills, and promoting sportsmanship in a professional environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tennis lessons for individuals and groups based on skill level
- Teach proper techniques for strokes, serves, footwork, and match strategies
- Plan structured training sessions and practice drills
- Monitor players’ progress and provide constructive feedback
- Motivate and inspire players to enhance performance and discipline
- Ensure safety standards and proper use of tennis equipment
- Maintain and organize tennis equipment and training facilities
- Participate in tournaments, competitions, and academy events as required
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tennis Coach/Instructor
- Age: 30–40 years old
- Gender: Male
- Nationality: All nationalities welcome
- English Level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
- Strong communication and teaching abilities
- Ability to train different age groups and skill levels
- Good physical fitness and endurance
- Coaching certification is preferred
