We are looking for a proactive and experienced Soft Services Project Supervisor to oversee daily operations across assigned facilities in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery of soft services while maintaining strong client relationships and supervising on-site teams effectively.
🔹 Role Overview
The Soft Services Project Supervisor will be responsible for managing housekeeping, cleaning, and other soft FM services, ensuring high service standards, compliance with company policies, and client satisfaction.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
📊 Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Track service performance metrics and highlight improvement areas.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities and staff attendance.
🤝 Client Communication
- Maintain daily communication with clients to ensure service satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Attend meetings and provide updates on project progress.
🔍 Site Supervision & Inspection
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Monitor housekeeping and cleaning standards.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Submit monthly site requirement reports (materials, manpower, equipment).
👥 Team Management
- Supervise and manage site staff efficiently.
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower as per site needs.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.
- Provide on-site training and guidance to team members.
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management (Soft Services mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and service standards.
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites if required.
