🧭 Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing will support revenue growth by driving sales initiatives, strengthening brand presence, and building strong client relationships across corporate, travel trade, and leisure segments.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and acquire new corporate and travel trade clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and partners
• Promote hotel services through sales calls, client meetings, and presentations
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate with digital marketing and reservations teams
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking forums
🎯 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in hotel sales and marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Client-focused with strong relationship-building ability
• Target-driven and proactive mindset
• Willingness to travel as required
