✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
✅ Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates
✅ Source candidates via job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
✅ Maintain MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and dashboards
✅ Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely closures
✅ Support HR documentation and operational activities
👉 Eligibility:
🎓 Graduate (Any discipline)
📊 Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
📌 0–1 year experience in HR/Recruitment (Freshers can apply)
🗣️ Good communication & coordination skills.
