We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team for corporate interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and supporting the execution of interior spaces while ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for corporate interiors
- Prepare layout plans, working drawings, and design presentations
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Translate concepts into detailed technical drawings
- Work closely with project teams for execution support
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and specifications
- Support project timelines and deliverables
- Assist in design revisions based on feedback
- Maintain design documentation and records
- Ensure quality and consistency in design output
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers
- Ensure compliance with company standards and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Experience in interior fit-out or corporate projects
- Strong design and technical knowledge
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and design tools
- Good communication and presentation skills
