We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for corporate interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and project budgets
- Analyze project drawings and specifications
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Monitor project costs and control expenses
- Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements
- Evaluate contractor quotations and bids
- Manage contract documentation
- Track project progress and cost variations
- Prepare cost reports and financial statements
- Coordinate with project and procurement teams
- Ensure cost efficiency and value engineering
- Assist in tendering and contract processes
- Verify invoices and payment certifications
- Identify cost risks and recommend solutions
- Maintain project cost records and documentation
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Experience in interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of costing and estimation
- Proficiency in Excel and QS software
