🔧 Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can build, execute, and scale marketing strategies across multiple business lines and international markets. The ideal candidate should be focused on ROI, lead generation, and conversion optimization while managing agencies and external vendors.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
1. Database Monetisation (High Priority)
• Develop strategies to activate and monetise databases (job seekers, employers, students)
• Execute campaigns via Email, WhatsApp, and retargeting
• Improve open rates, response rates, and conversions
2. Performance Marketing (Global Markets)
• Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn
• Target global markets including GCC, Europe, Japan, and Malaysia
• Drive employer acquisition, candidate acquisition, and job applications
3. Go-To-Market Strategy
• Plan and execute hiring campaigns, employer onboarding, and student recruitment drives
• Identify high-performing markets and channels
• Continuously optimize funnels and campaign performance
4. SEO & Organic Growth
• Lead SEO strategy across all brands
• Manage agencies for technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content
• Improve rankings for jobs, study abroad, and recruitment services
5. Content & Social Strategy
• Define content strategy across all business verticals
• Oversee content creation for job seekers, employers, and students
• Ensure consistent, performance-driven messaging
6. Vendor & Execution Management
• Manage ad agencies, SEO partners, and freelancers
• Set KPIs, track deliverables, and ensure ROI
• Act as project manager for marketing execution
7. Analytics & Reporting
• Track key metrics such as CPL, cost per application, and conversions
• Build dashboards and generate weekly performance reports
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience in Recruitment, Job Portals, or Overseas Education preferred
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and paid advertising
• Experience in database marketing and multi-geo campaigns
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands and vendors
