Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Tile Fixers to join a reputable company in Albania for long-term employment. The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on experience in tile fixing, flooring installation, wall tiling, surface preparation, and finishing works while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Measure and mark surfaces for tile installation according to layout plans
✅ Prepare floors and walls by cleaning, leveling, waterproofing, and applying bonding materials
✅ Cut, shape, and fit ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and other tiles accurately
✅ Fix floor tiles, wall tiles, bathroom tiles, kitchen tiles, and decorative tiles
✅ Apply adhesives, mortar, grout, and sealants properly
✅ Ensure correct alignment, spacing, leveling, and finishing of tiles
✅ Repair or replace cracked, broken, or damaged tiles when required
✅ Read measurements and follow technical drawings or site instructions
✅ Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
✅ Follow company safety procedures and construction site regulations
Requirements
✔ Previous experience as a Tile Fixer / Tiling Technician
✔ Good knowledge of tile cutting, fixing, grouting, and finishing works
✔ Ability to use tile cutting tools and installation equipment
✔ Physically fit for construction site work
✔ Good teamwork and positive work attitude
✔ Ready to relocate to Albania
