Job Summary
A Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen or service station to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally. The role supports servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations and a positive dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
Food and Beverage Service
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure orders are served accurately according to guest requests.
- Verify order details before serving.
- Assist servers during busy service periods.
Guest Service
- Greet guests courteously when delivering orders.
- Respond politely to basic guest inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate staff member.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt service.
Coordination
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
- Inform servers of special requests, delays, or issues.
- Assist in maintaining smooth coordination between kitchen and dining areas.
Cleanliness and Organization
- Keep service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with table setup and clearing when required.
- Follow hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times.
Operational Support
- Assist with preparing dining areas before opening and after closing.
- Help replenish condiments, utensils, napkins, and other service items.
- Support restaurant staff with general operational duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality is an advantage but often not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
