Job Responsibilities:
✅ Inspect tires and identify damage, punctures, and wear
✅ Repair punctured and damaged tires using vulcanizing techniques
✅ Remove, fit, and replace tires on vehicles and equipment
✅ Perform tire retreading and maintenance work when required
✅ Ensure all repaired tires meet safety and quality standards
✅ Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
✅ Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience as a Vulcanizer or Tyre Repair Technician
✔ Knowledge of tire repair, fitting, and vulcanizing processes
✔ Ability to use tire repair tools and equipment
✔ Physically fit and capable of handling heavy tires
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
