Job Summary:
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of tower cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the tower crane for lifting materials at height
- Follow signals from the banksman or the rigger
- Ensure safe load handling and positioning
- Perform daily crane inspection checks
- Maintain communication with the site supervisor
- Report any mechanical faults immediately
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a crane operator
- Knowledge of lifting safety procedures
- Ability to work at height safely
- Certification preferred
