Planning Engineer
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Prepare project plans, work programs, and progress schedules.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other departments.
- Track project milestones, activities, and deliverables.
- Identify schedule delays and support corrective action plans.
- Prepare regular progress reports and schedule updates.
- Assist with resource planning and project forecasting.
- Maintain accurate project planning and documentation.
🎓 Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in a relevant Planning Engineer role.
- Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a project environment.
