Job Title: Foreman – Steel Fixer / Repair
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise steel fixing and repair teams.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
- Read and interpret reinforcement drawings.
- Supervise reinforcement fixing and repair activities.
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and production teams.
- Ensure work is completed safely and within schedule.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in steel fixing and repair works.
- Previous Foreman/Supervisory experience.
- Precast or construction industry experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of reinforcement drawings and site practices.
