Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production workers and daily activities.
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor production targets and workflow.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain workplace safety and discipline.
- Report production issues and progress to management.
Requirements:
- Production/manufacturing experience.
- Previous chargehand or supervisory experience preferred.
- Precast/concrete industry experience is an advantage.
