📍 Location: Dubai – Business Bay, JLT & Deira
💰 Salary: From AED 8,333/month + Overtime
💵 Potential Earnings: Up to AED 15,000/month

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English lessons to adult and multicultural learners.
- Teach General English, Spoken English, and Business English.
- Prepare students for IELTS/PTE where appropriately qualified.
- Teach learners across different CEFR levels.
- Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom activities.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain effective classroom management and a professional learning environment.
- Conduct online classes using digital teaching platforms when required.
✅ Requirements
- Native or native-level English proficiency with excellent spoken and written communication.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
- CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience teaching ESL, preferably in a language institute or training centre.
- Experience teaching adult and multicultural learners.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar and pronunciation.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom-management skills.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
- Professional, patient, enthusiastic, and learner-focused.
