🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall finance and accounting functions.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of ledgers, accounts payable, and receivables.
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, management, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies and financial procedures.
- Analyze financial information and provide management with insights for decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
✅ Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- M.Com or MBA in Finance with relevant experience.
- Mining or construction industry experience preferred.
- Previous overseas experience is mandatory.
- GCC or international experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, and controls.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Valid passport with at least 8 months' validity.
