Job Summary
A contracting company in Riyadh is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join a large construction project. The ideal candidate should have strong Saudi construction experience and be capable of handling civil engineering activities from execution through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities at the project site.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain daily and progress reports.
- Ensure proper use of materials and resources.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Support project planning, execution, and timely completion.
- Ensure all civil works comply with Saudi standards and project specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong experience in construction projects.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, drawings, and specifications.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates currently residing in southern Riyadh are preferred due to proximity to the project site.
