Job Overview
A contracting company based in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Architect with previous experience working on medical and hospital projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings and documents.
- Monitor architectural works and ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Review shop drawings, materials, and technical submissions.
- Conduct site inspections and identify architectural issues.
- Ensure construction work follows project specifications and quality standards.
- Assist with project documentation, reports, and technical coordination.
- Resolve architectural and design-related site issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in medical and hospital projects is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates must currently be residents of Saudi Arabia.
