OSH Officer
Location: Al Ain, UAE
Department: Occupational Safety & Health
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor occupational safety and health policies.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits.
- Identify hazards and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Investigate workplace incidents and prepare reports.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Maintain safety documentation, records, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and response procedures.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
- Relevant OSH/HSE certification preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare or a similar environment is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of UAE occupational safety requirements.
- Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
