Position: Bartender / Junior Bartender
Job Summary
Maison Mathis is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Bartenders and Junior Bartenders to join the Front-of-House team for its upcoming Dubai South opening.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Prepare ingredients, garnishes, and bar equipment for service.
- Take beverage orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of bar products.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the dining experience.
- Work closely with the restaurant and service teams during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and service.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Junior candidates with relevant hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.
