Open Positions & Key Responsibilities
1. Senior Naval Architect
- Lead vessel design development and review technical drawings.
- Coordinate structural, stability and performance assessments.
- Guide design teams and support practical, cost-effective engineering decisions.
2. Mid-Level Naval Architect
- Prepare vessel designs, calculations and technical documentation.
- Support structural and stability assessments.
- Coordinate design revisions with engineering and production teams.
3. Mechanical Engineer
- Support the design, installation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Prepare technical specifications and review equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve technical issues.
4. Engineer
- Support engineering planning, technical coordination and project execution.
- Prepare and review technical documentation.
- Monitor work quality, resource usage and delivery schedules.
5. CAD Designer
- Develop detailed CAD models and engineering drawings.
- Incorporate technical specifications and design revisions.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure accurate, production-ready designs.
6. Draftsman
- Prepare technical drawings, layouts and fabrication details.
- Update drawings according to engineers’ instructions.
- Maintain accurate drawing records and revision histories.
7. Estimation Production Coordinator
- Prepare cost estimates covering materials, labour and production requirements.
- Coordinate production schedules and resource requirements.
- Track costs and progress to support timely, profitable delivery.
8. CNC Operator
- Set up and operate CNC machinery according to approved drawings.
- Monitor machining accuracy and inspect finished components.
- Carry out routine machine checks and minimize material wastage.
General Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical skills in the position applied for.
- Business-driven approach to efficiency, cost control and quality.
- Ability to align engineering decisions with sustainable growth and profitability.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
