Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to support sales engineers, manage enquiries and reporting, and coordinate sales and marketing activities within the engineering services and products sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support sales engineers.
- Assist with vendor registrations and proposal preparation.
- Follow up on enquiries, pending tasks and sales opportunities.
- Prepare, analyse and present daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the SEO engineer on sales and marketing initiatives.
- Manage social media channels to support sales and marketing.
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance dashboards.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or sales coordination within engineering services or products.
- Exposure to Abu Dhabi, ADNOC and Ruwais projects.
- Industry exposure in mechanical engineering, oil and gas, marine or shipping.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email handling and Big Data / Power BI.
- Energetic, confident and assertive personality.
- Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills.
