Job Summary
SHOT Specialty Café is growing, with 21 locations across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain, and more openings planned. We are seeking a hands-on HR leader to manage the HR function and develop the people, systems and training needed to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy, policies, manpower planning and employee handbook development.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance and compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS and Emiratisation requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including staffing for new branches.
- Design and deliver training across branches, covering customer service standards and food safety certification requirements.
- Coordinate relevant ADAFSA and Dubai Municipality food safety training and certifications.
- Lead performance reviews, development plans, succession planning and performance improvement plans.
- Manage employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain effective HR systems, records and management reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- CIPD or SHRM qualification preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of UAE HR experience, including at least 3 years in HR management.
- F&B, hospitality or multi-branch operations experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, payroll and leave management.
- Proven experience developing training and talent development programmes.
- Experience with HRMS and attendance systems; Connect HR is an advantage.
- Strong Excel, reporting, communication and leadership skills.
