About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Saudi national Accountant specializing in Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic finance team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

Invoice Management: Prepare, verify, and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Accounts Receivable: Manage the entire accounts receivable cycle, including posting customer payments, reconciling ledger accounts, and ensuring all receipts are accounted for.
VAT Compliance: Handle all VAT-related activities, including the accurate application of VAT on invoices, preparation of VAT returns, and ensuring compliance with ZATCA regulations.
Customer Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues promptly.
Collection Management: Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. Proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
Reporting: Generate aging reports and provide detailed AR analysis and reports to the Finance Manager.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
System Proficiency: Utilize accounting software (SAP) and Excel efficiently for data management, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential: Saudi National.
Essential: Resident of Riyadh.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
Technical Skills:
Practical experience with VAT handling and invoicing.
Proficiency in using major accounting software; SAP experience is highly preferred.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
