Admin / Receptionist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days a week (with potential flexibility as per business needs)

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Admin/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is crucial in creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors while providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of our office. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare them for scheduled appointments.

Administrative Support:

Perform data entry, filing, and documentation management.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff as needed.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support the team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar administrative role.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Professional and pleasant demeanor with a customer-service orientation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
