The Role:

We are looking for an accomplished and eloquent Arabic-Speaking Senior Makeup Specialist to serve as an ambassador of the Hermès beauty aesthetic. This is a multifaceted role that goes beyond traditional makeup application. You will be a maison expert, an educator, and a creator of unforgettable client experiences. Your mission is to express the unique codes of Hermès through artistry, personalized service, and by nurturing the talents of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Makeup Artistry & Client Service:

Perform expert, personalized makeup consultations and applications, translating client desires into a signature Hermès look.
Master and demonstrate the full Hermès Beauté collection (color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance), providing tailored advice and routines.
Drive client loyalty and business goals through exceptional service, clienteling, and follow-up.
Achieve and exceed individual and counter sales targets.

2. Training, Coaching & Team Development:

Act as a brand and product expert, leading regular training sessions for the Beauty team on new collections, techniques, and product knowledge.
Coach and mentor Beauty Advisors and Makeup Specialists to elevate their artistry, service skills, and sales performance.
Be a pillar of support on the counter, fostering a collaborative and excellence-driven team environment.

3. Event Hosting & Brand Expression:

Plan, host, and execute in-store and off-site events (masterclasses, VIP appointments, launch events) with creativity and operational flawlessness.
Create captivating visual displays and looks that tell the story of the Hermès Beauté collection.
Represent the brand with grace, professionalism, and deep knowledge at all public-facing engagements.

4. Retail & Operational Excellence:

Maintain the highest standards of counter hygiene, visual merchandising, and stock management.
Provide market feedback and client insights to the Retail and Education Manager.
Uphold all Hermès policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional makeup artistry experience, preferably within luxury retail, editorial, or fashion.
Artistry: A refined, versatile portfolio demonstrating technical expertise in color matching, complexion perfection, and creative expression.
Leadership: Proven experience in coaching, training, or mentoring others in a retail environment.
Commercial Acumen: Strong sales performance history with understanding of key retail metrics.
Personality: Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the innate ability to build trusting relationships with a diverse clientele.
Brand Alignment: A deep appreciation for the Hermès world, its values of quality, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance.
