We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Architect cum Interior Designer to lead projects from initial concept through to completion. This unique role requires a professional who can design the architectural structure and then craft the interior spaces within it, ensuring a unified and coherent vision. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless client experience, managing all design phases, and ensuring the final built environment exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Design & Concept Development:

Lead the design process, developing architectural concepts that are intrinsically linked to the interior design narrative.
Create cohesive design schemes that consider building form, spatial layout, interior aesthetics, lighting, and materiality simultaneously.
Prepare and present compelling concept presentations, including mood boards, material palettes, and preliminary sketches to clients.

Technical Documentation & Detailing:

Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans.
Develop comprehensive interior design packages, including reflected ceiling plans, power and data layouts, furniture plans, and custom millwork details.
Create thorough construction documents and specifications that guide contractors on both architectural and interior elements.
Utilize BIM (Revit) and CAD software to produce accurate and coordinated models and drawings.

Project & Client Management:

Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing expectations and providing regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate and consult with external engineers (structural, MEP), consultants, and vendors.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction, review work for conformity with design intent, and address site queries.

FF&E and Material Specification:

Select, source, and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with the overall architectural design.
Research and specify appropriate materials, finishes, and products for both exterior and interior applications.
Prepare FF&E schedules and budgets.
