We are currently hiring Restaurant Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the opening and ongoing operations of restaurants and dark kitchens. This includes supervising teams, providing guidance, and executing tasks assigned by the Country Manager or aligned with brand and business directives. Key responsibilities span five areas:

Business Activities: Supporting new outlet setups, analyzing financial results, maintaining product quality, enforcing brand standards through audits, liaising with department heads, implementing strategies with franchise owners, and preparing revenue forecasts.
People Management and Administration: Assigning tasks, ensuring operational organization, handling HR functions (hiring, training, performance reviews, discipline, incentives), and maintaining supplier relationships.
Finance, Budget, and Procurement: Optimizing staff and stock levels, developing annual financial plans, and consolidating reports on sales, food, and staff control.
Food Hygiene, Safety, and Sanitation: Enforcing cleanliness and food handling practices, ensuring high-quality preparation/service, and upholding restaurant image standards.
Auditing and Training: Creating FOH training guidelines, training managers, conducting Brand Excellence Reports (BER) for Riyadh units, ensuring compliance, and standardizing operations.

Required Qualifications

Professional: Minimum 5 years in premium restaurant operations management (ideally fast food, with full operational knowledge); at least 2 years in KSA in a similar role; high school or equivalent graduate.
Interpersonal: Ability to work under pressure and multitask; excellent grooming/appearance; strong verbal/written communication; highly organized with good MS Office skills; team-oriented; motivated and skilled at motivating staff; sociable personality fitting brand image; committed to premium brand development; analytical problem-solving.
