We are seeking a responsible, safety-focused, and professional Bus Driver with a valid UAE Light Driver License to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting staff or passengers while ensuring adherence to all UAE traffic regulations and company safety standards.

The Bus Driver will operate company buses on assigned routes, maintain punctual schedules, and ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey. The candidate must have good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules, and safe driving practices.

This role requires reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Safe Transportation

Operate company buses safely and responsibly to transport staff or passengers.
Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
Ensure passenger safety at all times during the journey.
Comply with all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.

Vehicle Operation & Maintenance

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections including brakes, tires, lights, and safety equipment.
Maintain the bus in clean and good operating condition.
Report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately.
Ensure the vehicle is fueled and ready for scheduled trips.

Passenger Assistance

Assist passengers during boarding and exiting when necessary.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude toward passengers and colleagues.
Address passenger concerns calmly and professionally.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
Report accidents, delays, or incidents immediately according to company procedures.
Ensure compliance with company reporting requirements.

Safety & Compliance

Follow company safety policies and transportation guidelines.
Ensure safe driving practices under all road and weather conditions.
Adhere to company policies related to vehicle operation and passenger transport.

Requirements

Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
Minimum 1 year of driving experience within the UAE.
Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving.
Ability to maintain punctual schedules and manage assigned routes effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to work flexible schedules when required.

Preferred Skills

Previous experience driving buses or staff transportation vehicles.
Good understanding of vehicle maintenance basics.
Ability to handle passengers professionally.
